CHALLENGES:

Lack of Documentation: The majority of client applications developed internally and integrated with 3rd party applications and tools. However, the information about integration and architecture parts is not maintained. Taking into account that new tools are added almost every month keeping track of the updates was a challenge at the beginning of the project.

QA Automation process setup: Lack of Test Cases use made it difficult to track automation coverage. Kanda team has setup a process to more effectively track automation tests across Client’s applications and mobile solutions.

RESULTS:

Kanda has been working with the Client for several years and continues to expand involvement in various areas of Client’s business, especially Big Data Analytics and CRM management.
