Alex Karpovsky

Alex’s successful track record includes over 20 years in software development management, consulting, and product marketing. Prior to Kanda, he held senior software development, joint venture, and channel management positions with Index Technologies, Intersolv, and Dataware Technologies.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Harvard University as well as a master’s degree in Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Alex is a regular speaker at DCI, SIMBA, and other conferences and has written for the leading industry publications including Computer World, Mass High Tech, and Solutions Integrator.

Tibor Vais

Tibor is an expert in software development and delivery of customer solutions. He brings a blend of experience in software management and product development and has spent over 25 years managing software development, from building tools for other developers (e.g. commercial DBMS and fourth-generation language products) to building enterprise-class applications, including two SaaS products.

He has put together software engineering teams from scratch at early-stage companies and managed offshore teams of over 200 people.

Vlad Hrabrov

Vladimir Hrabrov is in charge of Kanda’s Business Development, Sales and Revenue. He has over 25 years of experience designing and developing scalable enterprise and cloud-based systems. An Agile Manifesto Signatory and Certified Scrum Practitioner, Vlad brings valuable experience in building strong engineering teams, a proven, disciplined approach to product development, release, risk, and quality management.

Prior to Kanda, Vlad worked at Fidelus, Accenture/Origin Digital, Hewlett-Packard/Novadigm, PHD Virtual, Legend Corp/Spectrum Concepts, where he held key leadership and engineering positions.

Anton Zenkov

Anton Zenkov is in charge of Software Services Delivery. Anton has joined Kanda in 2019 and has been an integral part of the Delivery Organization sharing his breadth of technical and strategic expertise with Kanda Internal Teams and with the Clients.

Prior to joining Kanda, Anton has spent over a decade working at Boston startups in director-level positions. He is familiar with a wide variety of technology stacks and has experience with data engineering, cloud technologies, team building, and effectively managing developer productivity. Anton is committed to Kanda’s success and is deeply involved with pre-sales as well as ensuring that Kanda’s delivery remains the best there is.

Katherine Akhlopkava

Katherine is responsible for all aspects of Kanda’s marketing efforts, including customer research, strategic vision, sales enablement initiatives and delivering Kanda’s brand to target audience. Prior to joining Kanda she worked in Product and Marketing Leadership roles at AdTech, Consumer Intelligence and B2B Services companies.

She has extensive experience in market research, go-to-market strategy and digital marketing. Katherine holds an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Chantal Rowat

Chantal has been handling all aspects of Finances at Kanda Software for the past decade.

She is an Alumni from KPMG and a CPA. Originally from France, Chantal has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of public and privately-owned companies.

She also a Lecturer and teaches business classes at local New England Colleges and Universities.
