URSA works with Kanda to help develop a SaaS platform analyzing UAV-related data

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), aka drones, continue to gain popularity with commercial, government and hobby operators globally. URSA (Unmanned & Robotics Systems Analysis), provides a suite of software tools designed to collect, integrate, analyze, and present UAV-related data. The data is used for many purposes including fleet management, criminal investigations, failure analysis, and predictive analysis. URSA provides the most accurate understanding of the large volumes of data and metadata from drones to support academic, law enforcement, insurance, and intelligence investigations in the rapidly evolving unmanned vehicle and robotics ecosystem.

URSA, an early stage startup, selected Kanda Software to develop a SaaS prototype or minimum viable product. Kanda was responsible for developing UI/UX to connect to URSA’s backend and ensure that metadata was accessed, integrated and analyzed via an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. Time was of the essence as the work was a part of the proof of concept for URSA’s potential investors. Kanda’s team, which included a Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Developers, and QA engineers collaborated closely with the URSA stakeholders and completed the project early ensuring it was ready to show to VCs and investors. Stay tuned for more news on this exciting drone analytics technology as URSA and Kanda partner together on future projects.
