Kanda’s client Millennial Media is acquired by AOL
Kanda is excited to announce that its client Millennial Media has been acquired by AOL in a deal worth approximately $238 million.
Aol, that is now owned by Verizon, expects to scale its mobile reach and advertising options with this acquisition. Millennial Media’s reach extends to more than 1 billion users and 65000 mobile applications and will equip Aol with the additional firepower to compete against advertising giants like Google and Facebook. Advertisers will be able to achieve a greater reach in the in-app display ad space.
