Kanda Software Acquires Assets of Kupsilla, Expanding Life Sciences and HealthTech Capabilities

We are pleased to announce that Kanda Software has acquired assets of Kupsilla, a software development services firm specializing in custom software engineering and AI development, including Agentic AI. 

Among the company’s notable clients are Amgen, Genscience, and HealthCentral.

The acquisition of assets of Kupsilla marks a strategic expansion for Kanda in the Life Sciences and HealthTech domains and adds a strong portfolio of customers. Kupsilla’s expertise in life science specific data modalities, pipeline building, and early discovery scientific needs compliments Kanda’s existing work in those areas. Additionally, Kupsilla’s engagements in process development, data management, end point solution administration, and high performance computing expand Kanda’s existing portfolio and support the company’s development initiatives across high demand technical verticals.
