Kanda Software Establishes Subsidiary in Georgia to Expand Engineering Presence

We are pleased to share that Kanda Software has officially established a subsidiary in Georgia.

Georgia has become a more active part of Kanda’s engineering organization over the past years, with local team members contributing across software engineering, quality assurance, project management, business analysis, and other areas. The new subsidiary gives Kanda a clearer structure for supporting this work and growing its presence in the region.

The corporate foothold gives Kanda a formal corporate presence in Georgia and creates a stronger foundation for further growth. It will support the company’s plans to expand local operations, bring more engineering talent across the Caucasus region into Kanda’s in-house structure, and continue building strong delivery capabilities for clients worldwide.
